Parent Workshop Series
Understanding Childhood Stress & Anxiety Childhood stress can be caused by any situation that requires adaptation or change. Such situations often produce anxiety. Stress may be evoked by positive changes such as starting a new activity, but it is most commonly linked with negative changes such as illness or death in the family. Come and learn how you can better understand your child's stress.
Cost: Free. Registration is necessary. Free childcare available.

About this Parent Workshop This is part of a Parent Workshop Series hosted by the Watertown Family Center. Please call to verify dates and times, as they are subject to change. All area parents are welcome; they need not be Watertown residents. Workshops are terrific resources to any parent interested in learing about topics offered.
